File Requirements
No artwork approval, no production.
Accepted formats
PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS and PSD. Maximum 100 MB per file. Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG are preferred for logos and cut artwork. Keep linked images embedded.
Bleed & safe zone
Bleed: [PLACEHOLDER 0.125 in]. Keep important text and artwork inside the trim edge; the safe-zone measurement is [PLACEHOLDER] and will be confirmed for your product.
Resolution & colour
Resolution: [PLACEHOLDER — target to be confirmed for each product and viewing distance]. Supply CMYK files where possible for general print; we will review colour requirements for your product. Screen colours are not a print-colour guarantee.
Fonts & vector artwork
Outline fonts in your final vector file, or include the required font information for review. Keep an editable original for your own records.
DTF transfers
Use a transparent background for artwork that should not print as a rectangle. White-ink preparation and underbase settings will be reviewed with your file; [PLACEHOLDER — final white-ink specifications to be confirmed].
Cut vinyl
Minimum lettering and detail size: to be confirmed after testing. Supply vector paths; complex or very small details may need chargeable cleanup.
Proof & approval
We review your files and prepare a proof. Review dimensions, spelling, placement and colour notes before approving. No artwork approval, no production.
Artwork services & retention
Minor file checks are included; artwork cleanup and design services are chargeable. Requested cleanup is quoted after review [PLACEHOLDER]. Artwork retention: 180 days [PLACEHOLDER].
