Information & PIPEDA
We collect the contact and project information you submit, order/account details, uploaded artwork, and essential session data to provide printing services. This draft is intended for review against PIPEDA obligations including consent, access, accuracy, safeguards and limiting retention.
Service providers
Lovable Cloud hosts the storefront, submissions and private artwork. Shopify provides commerce, checkout and customer accounts when connected. Resend sends quote, contact and application emails when configured. Providers may process information outside Canada; locations, contracts and safeguards require legal review.
Gang-sheet designer — Print.App
[PLACEHOLDER - legal review required] When you choose the gang-sheet designer, Print.App (Copenhagen, Denmark, EU-hosted) processes and stores uploaded artwork and designs. This involves cross-border processing outside Canada. We send an opaque session identifier, not your email or contact details, and keep a private copy of the submitted print PDF. The designer loads only when you choose to open it; it is a requested functional service, separate from optional analytics and marketing. Vendor retention, deletion, contracts and safeguards require legal review. You may upload a finished sheet directly instead.
Analytics & advertising
Optional Google Analytics measures page visits, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, searches and successful form submissions. Optional Meta and TikTok pixels measure those actions for advertising measurement and optimization. Only configured providers load after your corresponding choice. Customer matching, advanced matching and server/offline advertising uploads are not enabled. We do not send form contents, email, phone, artwork URLs, search text or account/trade pages to these tools.
Cookies & withdrawal
Essential cookies operate your cart, account and artwork uploads. Analytics and marketing are separate, denied until you choose in all regions. The browser stores your choices, notice version, choice time, anonymous preference reference and prior choices, including withdrawal. Cookie preferences lets you withdraw immediately; other open tabs also update. Past denied events are not replayed after acceptance. Clearing browser storage removes this local consent evidence and prompts again.
CASL & marketing messages
Form marketing consent is optional and starts unticked. Transactional confirmations are separate from promotional messages. Uploaded files & retention
Artwork is stored privately and reviewed by authorized staff via signed attachment downloads. Linked files cannot be removed through the upload control. [PLACEHOLDER] Artwork retention is 180 days, pending confirmation and implementation of an approved deletion policy; unlinked uploads and submission/account retention schedules also require review.
